Why Give?

Giving reflects God's nature, as He is the ultimate giver, demonstrated through the gift of His Son, Jesus Christ. By giving, we imitate God's generosity and love, fostering a spirit of gratitude and humility.

Giving supports the mission of the Church and its ability to serve others, spread the Gospel, and alleviate suffering. It enables the Church to care for the needy, both within the community and beyond, aligning with Jesus' command to love our neighbours.

Giving is a vital expression of faith, reflecting God's character, supporting the Church's mission, nurturing community, and fostering spiritual growth, embodying the core principles of love.

But this I say: He who sows sparingly will also reap sparingly, and he who sows bountifully will also reap bountifully. So let each one give as he purposes in his heart, not grudgingly or of necessity; for God loves a cheerful giver.
